How you opt in
Texts are off until you turn them on. In the NoMind app, open Future, then Check-in settings, enter your own mobile number and turn on “I want Future Brock to text this number.” Right under that switch the app shows:
You then confirm the number with a one-time code we text you. Nothing else is sent until that code is confirmed.
What we send
- One-time codes that confirm your number.
- Check-ins about the routine and goals you set in the app.
- Replies when you text back.
Messages are informational and personal to your own practice. NoMind never uses texting for advertising, promotions or third-party marketing.
Examples
- “Dutchworks (NoMind): Your NoMind verification code is 482913. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- “Dutchworks (NoMind): Morning. What is the one action today that moves your launch forward? Reply with it and I will hold you to it tonight.”
Stopping or getting help
Reply STOP to any message to stop, or turn the switch off in the app. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@bydutchworks.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number
Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
