This policy explains how Dutchworks LLC (“Dutchworks,” “we,” or “us”) handles information in NoMind, including its app, this website and its text messaging.
Information we receive
- Profile details such as a display name and the information needed to keep your account signed in.
- What you choose to enter about your routines, goals, reflections and other private practice content.
- Device, diagnostic, notification and listening information needed to run and improve the service.
- If you turn on texts: your phone number, consent status, message history and opt-out status.
- Messages or support requests you send us.
How we use it
To provide the service you ask for, keep your account signed in, deliver the check-ins and notifications you turned on, answer support requests, protect and troubleshoot the service, and understand overall product use. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use infrastructure and communications providers, including Cloudflare for hosting and our messaging provider for text delivery. They process information only to provide services to us and may not use it for their own advertising. All of the above excludes text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent: that information is not shared with any third party.
Choices and retention
You can turn check-ins off in the app, reply STOP to any text, or email us to access, correct or delete the information tied to your account. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, legal obligations, security and dispute resolution.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No internet service can promise absolute security.
